Abstract

Many of the residential buildings in suburban centers are built of reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete, while structural steel is often applied to industrial and commercial buildings, but due to its constructive competitiveness, moderate cost and fast execution, its competitiveness has allowed it to fit in in residential applications. In our case, we present the approximate construction costs by area of a known metal building system Intermediate Moment Frame (IMF) as one of the viable alternatives for Buildings for the middle class located in suburban areas and their surroundings.
