Abstract

All of humans beings have talents in different areas; such as, art, oral and written expression, spaciousness, sport and so on; however, the majority of them are concluding their school life without recognizing them; not by any means, exploiting them because of the lacking of stimulus.  On spite of the talents that our youths own, the present content emphasizes the mathematical talent, which; even though, the lacking that our children and youths show, at any moment, the majority of them own it. Definitively, this mathematical talent requires a great development, this talent related to the resolution of problems and the social lidership; that is why, the teacher of the 21th century must apply a strategic and scientific stimulation through exercises, experiments, experiences and experienced occasions in areas to construct a better country.  The teacher of the 21th century must be very conscious that the stimulus and the development of the talents are very linked to the affective and sensory motivation during the whole process of the individual formation. That is why, as soon as, a youth with skills is known, the key is to guide and dedicate him little by little more time.
