Abstract

The professional aptitude development of the human talent of the 21st century implies the articulation of a compendium of significant competences for the expansion of an organization, in which an ethic must be substantiated to define the essential codes of conduct to strengthen the levels of individual performance and complement assertively the organizational climate. It is convenient to know the management of human talent as a dynamic for attracting people with skills for performance in certain profiles, the organizational ethics which defines the prospective levels of action of each intervention entity together with the ethics of human talent as the subject in charge of execute strengthened competencies of a training plan with support structurally considered in dynamic functions, which justifies an integration of elements within the reality of organizational development.
