Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review research conducted on recruitment and selection of security agents, prior to the field research that will be carried out, later, with a view to proposing a manual to serve as a guide for this process. 

In this sense, we will focus, in the research stage, the subject of this scientific article, on the empirical and conceptual search for two specialized areas of Human Resources Management, namely: Human Resources Recruitment and Human Resources Selection. The empirical search will be based on research papers (theses and scientific articles) carried out on the recruitment and selection of security agents in Panama and other countries. The theoretical-conceptual search will be done through the reading of books specialized in Human Resources Management by authors recognized as theorists of the subject to extract the definitions of the concepts under study.
