Abstract

This study analyzes new approaches to business administration in the context of the year 2026, considering digital transformation, organizational leadership, and data-driven management as key drivers of change. The main objective is to identify how modern managerial competencies influence organizational efficiency in a highly dynamic and technological environment. The research was developed under a qualitative, descriptive–explanatory approach, based on a review of recent scientific literature and the analysis of semi-structured interviews. The results show a gradual transition toward more flexible, digital, and adaptive management models, although gaps still exist in technological competencies and the implementation of advanced management tools. It is concluded that the integration of digital skills, adaptive leadership, and data usage significantly improves organizations’ ability to face the challenges of the contemporary business environment.
