This work is an educational proposal prepared by a team of doctoral students that presents as a product a proposal for a teacher training course in inclusive strategies for D4 University, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, in March 2023. It was developed during the course of the subject Curricular Design, through the Project-Based Learning methodology. It responds to the need to train teachers to achieve knowledge about educational inclusion, management of regulations in people with disabilities and strategies to approach the person with characteristics related to autistic disorder and ADHD, mainly. It was carried out by investigating the main demands for teacher training when serving the population of D4 University, investigating what could be the main action needs for case management in the classroom, as well as the most effective approach strategies to implement in the classroom the same.
