Literacy continues to be the basic process of schooled human learning. The contributions that are made on this process will never be few. For Mexico, the latest evaluation studies of this learning reflect a mean well below the international level, which constitutes a problem to be resolved urgently, which can be summarized in the problem of the scarce promotion of processes in Basic Education (lower primary) to consolidate the expected learning. The study was based on the strategic planning of the teaching methodology and Neuroeducation tools that enhance the motivation and memory of schoolchildren. In this context, it is revealed that the teacher plays a fundamental and crucial role for the development or deterioration of a complex thought that allows the creation of new mental structures that generate new scenarios for the acquisition of learning in an inclusive, transversal way and with a focused approach.
