This short article, is an analysis centered in the question that even underlying we should not forget the paper of the philosophy when making science, of conceiving scientific products specifically in the area of the Sciences of the Education to conceive a specialty, its transcendent characteristics and the tools with those that that graduated exercises its professional functions. Based on these premises, it is approached some points of view of the relationship that he/she settles down in the couple dialectical content-form, in interaction with the emergency of the recent conception of the specialty of Family Medicine in Cuba, like part of the formation of specialists again type in the Primary Attention. For this study, the dialectical-materialistic focus of the scientific investigation is used as fundamental base of the investigative processes and with him they are explained by means of the traffic from the abstract thing to the concrete thing and of the general thing to the particular thing, supported in the hermenéusis the transcendent elements of the philosophy that it sustains the specialty and mainly, the essences of the fundamental tool that it constitutes the educational intervention in health for the promotion and prevention of health.
