The current transformations of technological and social processes at a global level require that in Cuba, the training of highly qualified workers becomes a challenge for Technical and Professional Education, which means that this training process demands the transition to unidisciplinarity. To interdisciplinarity. Basic and specific professional training in Technical and Professional Education has a system of contents that provide the knowledge, skills and values of the different specialties that result from this educational level. For this reason, the need arises for the integrality of this system that makes it increasingly relevant, with the purpose of training an updated, transcendent, committed and responsible qualified worker with the construction of today's society. The above allows us to understand the importance of integrating the contents of all the subjects that constitute the training logic of the qualified worker of Technical and Professional Education and as a necessary condition that complements the work practice, which constitutes the main subject of their training. Meanwhile, it is where students acquire professional knowledge to practice the profession. The present investigation responds to the role that corresponds to Technical and Professional Education with respect to the specific professional training of the qualified worker in the Food Industry Product Manufacturing career.
