The research article is an approximation of the authors' doctoral level study intentions in Educational Sciences, with the aim of addressing the improvement of the management structures in English language competence through a hybrid modality improvement strategy. The pre-experimental and educational methodology assumes the state of the art as an essential matrix for the definition of the main categories that govern the research in the theoretical and methodological aspects. The categorical design and the contributions that, from the contribution to the theory and the implementation, make it possible in the light of the project, to transform the contextual problems found in the factual study, which have to do with theoretical-methodological deficiencies in the direction of ideomatic improvement from the management structures in early childhood in Santiago de Cuba, with emphasis on non-urban municipalities, are presented. The III educational improvement and the strategy of teaching the English language in Cuba demand new proposals that dynamize the results to be obtained in the coming years from early childhood, the space in which the research is based.
