Abstract

The issue of Agribusiness and agricultural sustainability is approached from a methodology that addresses the unstructured data available (information from publications processed through text mining). The information was described through frequencies and percentages and compared using Principal Component Analysis. Relevant attributes were also identified and an information model regarding sustainability in the agribusiness field established. The results made it possible to verify the implementation and evolution of the process, with the presence of activities that focused on the principles necessary for the commercialization of the products, at the beginning, going through market administration issues in order to facilitate import and export processes, the development of a competitive supply chain, the development of a social and global strategy of the state of the earth, finally reaching the vision of sustainability at the farm/environment level.
