Resumo

Se aborda el tema de Agronegocios y sostenibilidad agrícola desde una metodología que aborda los datos no estructurados disponibles (información de publicaciones procesadas a través de la minería de textos). Las informaciones fueron descritas a través de frecuencias y porcentajes, y comparadas usando Análisis en Componentes Principales. Fueron también identificados atributos relevantes y establecido un modelo de la información referente a la sostenibilidad en el campo del agronegocio. Los resultados permitieron verificar la implantación y evolución del proceso, con la presencia de actividades que se centraban en los principios necesarios para la comercialización de los productos, en el inicio, pasando por temas de administración del mercado con la finalidad de facilitar los procesos de importación y exportación, el desarrollo de una cadena de suministros competitiva, el desarrollo de una estrategia social y global del estado de la tierra, alcanzando finalmente la visión de sostenibilidad a nivel de la finca/ambiente.
