The article aims to explain the impact of factors of organizational cultural development on business profitability. The traditional factors of the organizational culture that limit the development of business profitability are developed, which minimizes business competitiveness. The research method is inductive with a qualitative approach that leads to bibliographical analysis, examination and scientific articles. The research proposes the development of the concepts and application of the factors such as effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, human talent, and their relationship between them that allow to develop a positive impact on business profitability through organizational cultural development. These factors are distinguished and related, which only has one purpose, which is to make organizational cultural development achieve that profitability in the organization. The analysis of revision of bibliographic contents and scientific articles allowed us to conclude, revealing the impact of the integration of factors of organizational cultural development on business profitability.
