The Integrative Framework Space–Geometry–Organization (EGO) was proposed as a conceptual model aimed at systematically articulating three interdependent dimensions: spatial thinking, geometry, and organizational psychology. Spatial thinking encompassed visualization, mental rotation, and spatial reasoning, all considered essential cognitive skills to represent and manipulate spatial relations. The geometry dimension addressed properties, relationships, and modeling as formal tools to structure information and solve problems effectively. In relation to organizational psychology, the focus was placed on psychosocial factors, organizational culture, motivation, and leadership, which conditioned collective performance and decision-making processes. The model emphasized bidirectional connections since spatial–cognitive abilities enhanced organizational practices, while work environments either fostered or restricted their development. These interactions converged into measurable outcomes such as improvements in decision quality, increased innovation, resource optimization, and enhanced organizational performance. Furthermore, the framework provided a unifying foundation for applied research and for designing training and management strategies that integrate cognitive development with organizational effectiveness. The main contribution of this work was to offer an interdisciplinary conceptual model linking education, spatial cognition, and workplace dynamics, generating theoretical and practical implications for innovation and leadership in twenty-first-century organizations.
