Abstract

The consumer´s behaviour derives from the need for enterprisers to know the consumers in order to offer them products that meet the unmet needs to become competitive on the market. Understanding the consumer´s attitude is very complex, because its behavior is dynamic, in other words, that changes because of the influence of various external factors. As everybody knows a human being is a complex being, it is important that the companies should carry out studies on the consumer´s behaviour to adapt their strategies, this way they can meet their needs. This behavior has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, speeding up the consumer´s behavior that was slowly coming several years ago, consequently the companies have to reinvent so they can survive in this world of uncertainty which have lived for many months now. Through this study we will conduct a literature review from different sources either printed or electronic about the consumer´s behaviour especially in post COVID and if this is an opportunity or challenge for the entrepreneurs, analyzing its elements and contributing in such a way with new scientific knowledge which enable us to describe the object of the study.
