Abstract

The problems in the achievement of physics in high school students are bigger every time. The National Secretary of Science, Technological and Innovation's El Proyecto Esquema de Aprendizaje Científico y Tecnológico (PEACYT) want to improves the science, math and technological education, in. a way that the proper student could construct their own knowledge and leaming should be significance. The obj ective of this investigation is to evaluate preliminary the Project' s application in a high school, specifically in the physics classes, in students that have been applied the project's tools düring the last three years of high school. A conceptual physic's test with the contain learned in those years, according to Education's Ministry have been made and applied; the sample consists of three group of students that has been applied the lesson according to Peacyt's methodology during the three years, and three controis group of the same level using traditional methodology. It can concluded that there are significance difference in the dispersions in the same group and between both groups after evaluate the results and applied the statistical test of variance analysis and Student's test. The way how the groups are selected and applied the statistical test we can concluded that students who received their classes using PEACYT's tools have a better achievement in physics than the students who received their classes in the traditional way, so we can recommend the PEACYT's methodology propose in the physics classes and in other scientific subjects math and technology.
