Abstract

The article focuses on the adaptation of public relations students at the University of Panama to the digital age. Based on the 5 dimensions of digital competence, with which the student's profile can be known and their level of adaptation can be measured; and knowing this profile will help focus teaching on new forms of teaching. The article is organized in 4 important sections, not counting the introduction. The first section will be the context of the article, where the history of Public Relations is reflected, as a career and the bases of the investigation will be given. The second section describes the materials and methods used to obtain the data, which will then be reflected in the third section called "results"; In this section, the results will be represented in graphic forms for a better understanding, and then move on to the fourth and last section "Discussion and conclusion", in which the results will be discussed, focused on the students surveyed, to end with the conclusions. on the adaptation of Public Relations students.
