Abstract

The objective of this research was to propose strategic guidelines that allow financial growth through the stock exchange for entities that make up the Cooperative Sector of the Municipality of Montería Córdoba. Colombia., Was based theoretically with the contributions of Carrión (2017), Garcías 2016, Figueredo, C. (2015) Pérez, (2003), Razeto Migliaro, (2000), Cerda Gutiérrez and Pineda, (2002), Guerra (2002) ), among others. It was developed under the positivist epistemological approach, with a quantitative methodology, the type of projective research with descriptive level, the population was constituted by 102 entities of the cooperative sector and once the stratified sampling technique was applied, it was formed in 41 cooperative entities, to collect the data, an instrument with 18 items of several response alternatives was elaborated, validated by expert judgment and discriminant validity, the reliability was 0.890; In addition, an observation form was applied to obtain data from the financial statements, the data were processed with descriptive statistics. The results showed that there are cooperative entities that have excess liquidity in some periods of the year, and lack investment plans to increase economic resources. On the other hand, comparisons were made between the equity instruments offered by the stock exchange. Colombia, for which strategic guidelines for the financial growth of cooperative entities were prepared.
