
The objective of the present investigation is to determine the relationship between Work Climate and Burnout Syndrome in the emergency area of ??the volunteer fire company N ° 26 of Peru, so that it can be known if the organization handles the basic elements of knowledge and identification of both variables. A correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study was conducted, which allowed us to know prevailing situations and attitudes of the variables under study, for the variable Labor Climate, the Scale of (Moos) was used, which consists of three dimensions: self-realization, relationship and stability / change and to measure the variable Burnout Syndrome, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was used, which consists of three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment, was applied to the total population formed by 79 firefighters belonging to the emergency area. It is concluded that there is no relationship of dependence between the variables of Work Environment and Burnout.
