Abstract

The present study has been carried out with the objective of knowing the perception of employers about the work skills acquired by graduates of the Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting. The survey was applied to companies that request interns and in most cases these students stay working. The research is non-experimental, transversal, descriptive and correlational. The analysis of the results reflected the assessments of the skills that students acquire in the classrooms and the skills requested by the labor market and that if they do not possess them, the academic unit must take the pertinent considerations and offer this knowledge. skills and abilities that are required to obtain an updated professional in accordance with the demands of the work environment.
