The article presents the results of research that aimed to analyze the influence of global connectivity and artificial intelligence on educational processes within blended learning environments, with the aim of identifying the main challenges and opportunities these technologies presented for blended learning and teaching. A descriptive-analytical methodological approach was adopted, based on a review of recent scientific literature and a critical analysis of technology-mediated educational experiences. The results showed that the integration of artificial intelligence fostered personalized learning, automated feedback, and optimized educational management, while global connectivity expanded access to digital resources and promoted synchronous and asynchronous academic interaction. However, significant challenges were also identified related to the digital divide, teacher training, and the need for ethical frameworks for the responsible use of these technologies. It was concluded that blended learning has become a strategic educational model that requires inclusive public policies, adequate technological infrastructure, and ongoing teacher training. The main contribution refers to evidence that allowed understanding the impact of connectivity and artificial intelligence on the transformation of contemporary educational systems, highlighting the importance of a pedagogical approach that integrates technological innovation with educational equity.
