The article proposes a system of ideas associated with the professionalization of educational activities compared with the elaboration of tasks in a labor environment, from a pedagogical-organizational project that integrates the rasgos of identity of the administrative model and the educational management, with We propose to study a training course for directors and teachers based on the insight into learning and innovation, and the definition of educational and organizational strategies to improve management practices. The methodology used is particularly focused on the observation of the subjects and realities (proyectiva-holística) of the subjects and their relationships and interactions in the pedagogical and organizational context. The importance of understanding each of the treated aspects, radica en crear actions that lead to breaking definitively old esquemas and redefining the educational skills that require the training of civil engineers as professional of high educational and academic level.
