Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the impact of corporate communication on business operations as part of knowledge management in SMEs that promote road safety in the face of the interaction of three important variables that lead companies to achieve their objectives. and goals. Climate, culture and organizational communication are variables that provide business results and generate specific skills and competitive advantages, through knowledge management for innovation, with the appropriate use of a communication process and its influence on business operations. To achieve the objectives proposed in the research, the owners of companies dedicated to the promotion of road safety, members of the Ibero-American Association of Road Education and Training (AICEFOV), and the employees that make up these companies are used as the target audience. The course of this research allows us to capture a methodology in a descriptive analytical qualitative context, a theoretical foundation that allows us to present concepts about the variables studied, the results of an instrument (questionnaire) applied to both business owners and employees, and which is made up of 10 closed questions. In the discussion, a general analysis is carried out that allows highlighting the interaction of the three variables and their link to the development of companies and knowledge management. This research is an effort so that the actors that make up the SMEs in the road safety sector can find out about the reality that they experience and that on many occasions directly affects the development and business growth of these important companies.
