Abstract

Analyze the andragogic principles used by the facilitator in learning environments of the Inter-American Distance Education University of Panama. Supported by authors: Gómez and Prado (2015), Veytia (2015). A quantitative approach was considered, descriptive, analytical, reflective, with a non-experimental field design, the population was 33 participants. A questionnaire with 27 questions, Likert-type scale, was used, validated by 5 Doctors of Education. The reliability of the instrument was 0.79 with a high value according to Cronbach's Alpha. The results are presented in tables and graphs of double entry in percentages describing variable, dimension and indicators using the statistical package Spss Statistics 18.0. It was concluded that the facilitator never allows the person to participate actively in their learning process, almost never allows the possibility of negotiation among equals to reach agreements and never gives importance to the experience in the learning environment.
