Abstract

This article analyzes the main postulates about metaphysics in Latin America carried out by Germán Marquínez Argote, a philosopher who presents a liberal approach to assume the conception of being in our context, shows the importance of assessing this new vision of metaphysics understood as a reference for to understand the philosophical evolution in front of diverse critics that have arisen about the Latin American reality and the dimension of the person in the world. If one does not appreciate this generative knowledge of a new ontology understood as the expression of the cultural context and as a symbolic representation of the metaphysical traditions, knowledge would fall into crisis. An impartiality will be adopted reaching a conclusion appropriate to the interest of the readers to show the inventiveness and the desire to undertake a metaphysical challenge. There is a historical synthesis of the study of metaphysics to understand the different paradigms of Marquínez Argote's thinking and its influence in the world of education. The social, cultural and human unity are fundamental aspects in the constitution of a new ontology understood as an organizational doctrine of discourse in the Latin American circumstance, which allows the assessment of what is ours.
