Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present a   bibliographic   review on cervical cancer from a perspective of  nursing cultural competence. Methodology: A bibliographic review   was  conducted of the years (2007-2017,  in the following databases CINAHL, MEDline, PUBmed, Scielo, Medline, Pub-Med, Imbiomed.Cochrane library, PsycINFO, Web of Science y HAPI. Results: 20 articles from 52, were selected with the established criteria: they should refer to cervical cancer, nursing care and culture.  Conclusions: The need arises to elaborate an educational proposal for the prevention and early detection of cervical cancer with cultural congruence.
